“The Alignment Solution”
WOMEN IN ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION
LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
I designed this course with YOU in mind! You’re the project or discipline leader who is looking to lead with authenticity and build her network. This virtual course is for women in the engineering and construction industry because we face different challenges working in this male-dominated industry.
The course will help you identify your strengths, core values, and ensure your leadership style is in alignment with your true, authentic self.
This course is only offered twice per year, Spring and Fall.
We meet virtually 6 times, every other Thursday for 90 minutes, over the course of 2.5 months.
There are two 1:1 coaching sessions before and after the group workshop series to help your learning and development.
You’re grouped with other like-minded women in the industry from projects and organizations across the country to help you build your network, with a maximum of 12 participants per cohort.
Any questions about the course, please don’t hesitate to reach out via email at: sally@mageeleadership.com.
